TABATA => High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

PILATES =>Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by German-born Joseph Pilates. It is especially practiced in the United States (where Pilates lived, developed, and taught his method) and the United Kingdom (where he lived and taught early stages of his method). As of 2005, there were 11 million people practicing the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States.

PLYOMETRICS =>Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" or "plyos", are exercises based around having muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing both speed and power. This training focuses on learning to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or "explosive" way, for example with specialized repeated jumping. Plyometrics are primarily used by athletes, especially martial artists and high jumpers, to improve performance, and are used in the fitness field to a much lesser degree.

KETTLE-BELL =>The kettle-bell, cannonball or girya (Russian: ??´??) is a cast-iron or steel weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. They are also the primary equipment used in the weight lifting sport of girevoy sport. Russian kettle-bells are traditionally measured in weight by pod, which (rounded to metric units) is defined as 16 kilograms (35 lb).

Strength Training  => The human body can be broken down into different muscles and muscle groups. The muscles can be worked and strengthened by exercise. This table shows major muscles and the exercises used to work and strengthen that muscle.

PRIMAL MOVE => Primal Move is a game-based, play-oriented approach to the art and science of enhancing your movement skill. The Primal Move system—with its deep roots both in modern science and the most revered of the ancient "body culture" disciplines—provides you a dynamic new way to effectively retrain your body to reclaim its natural ability to move with elegance, strength, power and speed. Added benefits often include: improved endurance, a reduction or removal of pain, greater energy and a radically improved sense of overall well being.
